J. Shannon Crow primarily focuses on civil matters, with an emphasis in wills and estates and real estate law. He is very effective at reaching settlements through mediation, but also has an excellent trial record. He is currently serving as Attorney for the Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home Board of Trustees. He graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law.

Daniel M. Martin focuses on wills and estates, real estate law, criminal law, and family law, including divorce, domestic disputes, and child custody. He is currently serving as the City of Water Valley Prosecutor. He is active in his community and has served as past president for the Water Valley Lions Club and the Water Valley Chamber of Commerce.

John J. Crow, Jr., practice focuses largely on government and banking law. He has served for over 30 years as Attorney for the Yalobusha County Board of Supervisors, and over a decade as Attorney for the City of Water Valley Board of Alderman. His years of service in general practice have given him extensive experience in government law, banking law, real estate law, wills and estates, and family law.
