CrowMartin, PLLC, is a general practice law firm located in downtown Water Valley, Mississippi.
In 1980, John J. Crow, Jr., opened his law office in the same building it is today. At that time, the firm was called John J. Crow, Jr., PLLC. Soon afterward, John was appointed attorney for the Yalobusha County Board of Supervisors, and after that attorney for the Board of Alderman for the City of Water Valley.

John J. Crow, Jr., died on March 20, 2024. He was the founding partner of CrowMartin, PLLC. His memory serves daily to influence his law partners, his son, J. Shannon Crow, and, his friend, Daniel M. Martin, to serve with honor and integrity. Read More
Daniel M. Martin
Daniel M. Martin focuses on real estate law, commercial transactions, government law, wills and estates, and family law, including divorce, domestic disputes, and child custody. He is currently serving as the Attorney for the City of Water Valley Board of Aldermen. He is active in his community and has served as past president for the Water Valley Lions Club and the Water Valley Chamber of Commerce.Read More
J. Shannon Crow
J. Shannon Crow primarily focuses on real estate and government law, with an emphasis in wills and estates and real estate litigation. He is very effective at reaching settlements through mediation, but also has an excellent trial record. He is currently serving as the Prosecutor for the City of Water Valley and Attorney for the Yalobusha County Board of Supervisors.
